What makes Arabic perfume different

Traditional Middle Eastern compositions carry 25 to 40 percent pure fragrance oil, while a mainstream European eau de parfum sits closer to 15 percent. That single difference explains almost everything people notice: an Arabic perfume opens slower, projects longer, and leaves a trail on a coat or scarf that can survive several days. The raw materials are different too. Instead of building around citrus and aldehydes, perfumers in the Gulf build around agarwood (oud), amber resin, frankincense, myrrh, saffron, Taif rose and animalic musk — ingredients with heavy molecular weight that evaporate slowly and gain depth as they warm on skin.

How to choose your first bottle

Start from the occasion rather than from the note list. For office hours and daytime wear, pick a lighter musky or citrus-floral composition and apply two sprays below the collarbone — heat carries scent upwards, so you do not need to spray the neck. For evenings, dinners and winter, a full oud, amber or gourmand composition is the right call; it will still be readable eight to twelve hours later. If you are new to the category, order a sample set first: three or four small decants tested over a full day tell you far more than any description, because oil-heavy compositions behave differently on dry and oily skin.

Longevity, projection and dosage

We measure longevity as the point at which the fragrance is still detectable a few centimetres from the skin, not the moment it disappears from clothing. On normal skin our 80 ml compositions run between 8 and 24 hours depending on the base: musk-forward blends sit at the lower end, oud and amber blends at the upper end. Projection — how far the scent travels — matters most in the first three hours. Two to three sprays on pulse points is a full dose for a heavy oriental; five sprays of the same bottle will be overwhelming in a small, closed room. Dry skin shortens the wear by roughly twenty percent, so layering with an unscented balm before spraying is worth the extra thirty seconds.

Orders placed before 2 PM on a business day are dispatched the same day, and we ship across Poland and the European Union with tracked delivery. You have 14 days to return an unopened bottle for a full refund. Prices are in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT; checkout supports card, BLIK and bank transfer. Are your perfumes original?

Yes. Every bottle comes from an authorised supplier in the United Arab Emirates. Our own Oud Mirage compositions are original formulas, never copies of other houses' formulas.
